<\/a>Matching System for Improvement(MSI)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our association provides a MSI that facilitates the matching of construction sites and personnel among member companies, allowing them to gain mutual experience and enhance their technical skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Member companies of our association can use this MSI free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Utilizing Our Supervising Organization Services (Technical Intern Training Program)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our association actively supports the training and development of skilled personnel, primarily from Vietnam and China, under the framework of the “Technical Intern Training Program.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program aims to facilitate technology transfer by accepting foreign individuals as interns, allowing them to engage in up to five years of on-the-job training at companies, and enabling them to apply the skills and techniques they acquire in their home countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since initiating this program in June 1992, our association has successfully facilitated the acceptance of over 1,600 interns to date.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Utilizing Our Registered Support Organization Services (Specified Skilled Worker Program)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Due to the severe labor shortage in the construction industry, companies are actively addressing the issue through proactive recruitment efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amidst this situation, a new residency status, the “Specified Skilled Worker” program, was launched in Japan on April 1, 2019. This residency status is granted to highly skilled foreign workers who possess a certain level of expertise and technical proficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our association is a “Registered Support Organization” officially registered with the Immigration Services Agency of Japan, dedicated to supporting companies utilizing this program as Specified Skilled Worker Host Institutions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
